What is PicPasso?

PicPasso is a free add-on for Mozilla Firefox that will put an end to your password troubles. PicPasso reminds you of your passwords with the help of images. This is unique among password tools and very safe: Your passwords are not stored and remain secret. And if you want to log on to a website you instantly know your password, thanks to PicPasso.

How do I remember safe passwords with PicPasso?

Create your passwords from several parts and assign an image to each part as a memory aid.

If you want to log on to a website – for example Facebook – PicPasso will remind you of your password, image by image.

Why should I use PicPasso?

Are your passwords rather short? Do you use one password for several websites? If so, hackers can easily hack into your accounts.

To be really safe, you need long and complex passwords, a different one for each website.

Remembering all these passwords seems to be impossible. But with PicPasso it is no problem. You can even keep your old passwords. Just add new parts to your password, or recombine the existing parts to finally make your password safe.

The man behind PicPasso

I always had trouble remembering my passwords. I chose passwords that were easy to remember, but they were also easily cracked. When I chose long and complex passwords, I could not remember them. I thought to myself: Why not create passwords that are hard to crack and easy to remember at the same time.
